Blue Track services

Triage

Our goal is to triage your unit within one hour of arrival. The service team reviews the concern and determines whether the work may qualify for Express Service or needs to be scheduled.

Express Service

Unscheduled jobs with a combined Standard Repair Time (SRT) of less than four hours may qualify. The expected turnaround is four hours from work order approval to close.

Customer Communications

Customers receive an estimated wait time at check-in, an estimate of the cost and completion time, and notification when the work is complete, including the amount due and pickup information.

Dwell Time

Dwell time is tracked from work order creation to the technician’s final labor entry. It is monitored for in-shop truck, trailer, and APU service.

Services that may qualify

  • Triage and pre-trip inspection
  • Service and cargo-watch downloads
  • Preventive maintenance, including oil and filter changes
  • Prime and start
  • Belt and battery replacement
  • Alternator, starter, and water pump replacement
  • Condenser wash
  • Standard air chute and air return bulkhead replacement
